About Me:
My journey in property began in my Mid 20s as a side investment strategy. My parents had completed some owner builds, and it further transpired into starting a building company together to service more of our own developments.
At Develop Capital, I am responsible for:
I am Head of Construction and combine my understanding of property markets & construction to identify new opportunities within the market.
The Thing I Love Most About My Role Is:
The creative flexibility to identify & envision an opportunity, then turning it into reality.
Before Develop Capital:
My career in finance was short lived post-graduation. Following a passion for sport & fitness, I started my own line of sports nutrition supplements & retail outlet.
My Very First Development Project:
Was an owner build retain, subdivide, and build one villa to the rear. A great experience, understanding the link between construction and development.
