About Me:
I am the son of a Valuer (Father) and Real Estate Agent (Mother) and grew up watching and learning how they did developments. I started developing in 2010 when I was in my early twenties.
At Develop Capital, I am responsible for:
I am the Founder and Head of Capital, meeting and working with our Capital Partners and making sure capital is deployed in amazing projects!
The Thing I Love Most About My Role Is:
I love analysing markets and meeting new people.
Before Develop Capital:
I worked in commercial roles in Strategic Purchasing with publicly listed mining Companies and Government Departments.
My Very First Development Project:
Was a reno-flip in the Perth suburb of Parkwood in 2010. I bought a 3×2 house with 3 living areas and turned it into a 4×2 house for a nice profit.
